An opportunity for local organisations: run an equipped bar in one of the heated winter gardens of the Christmas BOULEVARD – for the whole period, on selected weekends or on single days.

Terms and operator obligations
- The dates you give are preferences, subject to allocation by the organiser.
- Where suitability is comparable, non-profit, social and volunteer organisations are given priority.
- Legal, tax and operational obligations remain with the operator, who uses their own legally compliant till.
- Serving drinks must comply with food and hygiene rules and with rules on the protection of minors; requirements and any permits are clarified after the selection.
- Further terms are agreed in writing with the selected operators.
Selection and participation
Participants are selected by VACANTO SRL, which reviews the applications and decides on the overall mix of the programme.
Applications are assessed in particular on the quality and originality of the proposal, how well it fits the event concept, its organisational and technical feasibility, and the variety and appeal of the overall line-up.
Submitting an application does not entitle you to take part. The final selection, the conditions of participation, the available pitches and the organisational arrangements will be communicated and agreed in writing once the selection process is complete.
